EASY ON, EASY OFF

The SYNC Performance Top Step side zip ski pants features our Easy-Step design. By using a robust zipper that zips just short of the top, racers don’t have to try to connect the zipper, you just step right into the pant. The zipper itself is a nice large gauge so you just rip it down and off you go, and you can do it all with your gloves on. There is no hassle and no frostbit fingers from trying to join a disconnected zipper together. When we developed these pants, one of the most important tests was how fast we could get them off and then back on.

QUICK, INSULATED WARMTH

Skiing’s cold, and once you get cold, it can be mentally consuming and hard to warm back up. If you're cold the last thing on your mind is performance and if you made the flip or are looking to score, you want to be immediately warming back up for the second run. The top step pant is designed to warm you up quickly so you can immediately start recovery, and thinking about and mentally planning your next run. Quickly sliding into the Top Step Pant is like sliding under your down comforter as you are instantly engrossed by feathers of warmth.

      Great race pants

      Very happy with these pants for my kids who are both racers. They are comfortable, warm and easy to get on and off with boots on. The adjustability is a real plus. They also do very well at keeping their legs dry on powder days.

      Good athletic fit, adjustable waist a huge bonus

      It is hard to find a full zip pant that stays relatively fitted as you size up. Most pants get super boxy in the legs. My growing 11 year old daughter sized up for length in the top step pant and she isn’t swimming in them. Thank you for making an awesome training pant!

      Long time to ship

      This item took much too long to receive for a Non-logo item. I emailed to cancel the order because we needed the pants by Mid- December. They shipped the day after I emailed in January which was a surprise. Now we have an extra pair of pants that we did not need.

      Just a little stretch goes a long way

      These are great pants and well made. I think a more robust fabric than the ones from the insect company. The stretch is not super stretchy, but it certainly make them more comfortable. For little kids the way the zippers don’t come all the way apart makes it much easier for them to put them back on while still on the hill.

      Great pant and company, my son loves it

      Overall pant is great traditional ski racer design, full side zip, durable material, warm. Fit wise, the length is true to size, but has some decent room in the waist. Which is fine overall, but my son is on the skinnier side, so he needed a a bit more room on the Velcro than came with pant to get a good fit (aka keep the pants up). Molly at Sync warrantied the pant for me to get it over to a local mountaineering repair shop to add some Velcro. Pant is now perfect and will provide years of use for him and whomever inherits it after he grows out of it. Thank you Sync for the great pant and standing behind your products!
