We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all SYNC Performance products (excluding Race Suits), covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable expected life of the product.
What's Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Zippers that break prematurely
- Seams that come undone
- Hardware failures (like buckles, snaps, or straps)
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear (think: ski edges, gate impact, chairlift snags).
- Accidents, improper care, or negligence
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect performance
- Race Suits: Due to the high-performance nature and intended use, SYNC Race Suits are excluded from this warranty.
