SYNC Performance Custom

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind every product we make. SYNC Performance offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all SYNC Performance products (excluding Race Suits), covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable expected life of the product.

If your gear fails due to a defect in how it was made, we'll make it right — with a repair, replacement, or credit. Our goal is simple: keep you performing at your best, season after season.

What “Limited Lifetime” means: Our warranty covers the practical lifespan of your product — the reasonable, expected wearable life under normal use. “Limited” means we cover defects in how your gear was made, not wear from use over time.

Not Sure If You're Covered?

Ask yourself these four questions before submitting. If the answer points toward a defect in how the product was made — not how it was used — you're likely covered.

Question 01
Where did it fail?
Failure in a low-stress area (back panel, chest, along a seam) suggests a defect. Failure at a high-friction zone (knees, elbows, seat) is more likely wear.
Question 02
What does the damage look like?
A clean stitch separation or fabric delamination points to a manufacturing defect. Torn, frayed, or abraded material typically indicates crash or impact damage.
Question 03
How old is it and how was it used?
Failure in the first 1–2 seasons of normal use is more likely a defect. Items with 3+ seasons of heavy competitive use have typically reached the end of their practical lifespan.
Question 04
How did it happen?
Spontaneous failure with no specific incident = likely a defect. Failure following a crash, fall, or gate hit = crash damage, which falls outside warranty coverage.
