Awesome jacket

Great jacket. My son says it's very warm. It seems to run a little small. We ordered the size 16 and it's *almost* too small for his 13 year old, 5'6", 100-pound frame.

Small in shoulders

Noce coat but tight in the shoulders on my small 10yo. Also, where is the pass pocket on the arm?
