Your final embroidery price may be lower for larger order quantities or artwork with a lower stitch count. Dense, detailed, or oversized artwork—particularly designs exceeding 30,000 stitches—may require additional fees.

WHAT AFFECTS EMBROIDERY PRICING?
Embroidery pricing depends on your total quantity, artwork stitch count and complexity, finished logo size, number of embroidery locations, and selected garment. Larger quantities or artwork with a lower stitch count may qualify for reduced pricing, while dense, detailed, oversized, or high-stitch-count designs may cost more.
WHAT IS THE EMBROIDERY MINIMUM?
At least six garments must receive the same artwork in the same placement for each embroidery pattern. You may mix products, colors, and sizes within those six garments.
For example, six different jackets can qualify if they all receive the same left-chest logo. Front-only and front-and-back treatments count as separate embroidery patterns and must each meet the six-unit minimum.
HOW IS EMBROIDERY PRICING ESTIMATED?
As a standard example, 12 jackets with one left-chest logo at $15 per garment would have an estimated embroidery cost of $180.
Twelve jackets with both a left-chest logo and a mid-back logo would be estimated at $40 per garment, or $480 total.
These examples use standard reference pricing. Your final price may be lower or higher depending on order quantity, artwork stitch count, garment selection, and placement.
