        Sync has ZERO Customer Service.

        My partner and I asked multiple questions about this product, only to get a "sales representative" who couldn't tell us the measurement around the hips. After purchasing on sale, it's impossible to get someone from customer service to return calls or emails - it's been a month of asking! DO NOT BUY this product unless you are absolutely sure it will fit - big on top, snug around the hips. Personally, I will never buy a Sync product again. Buy at your own risk! ZERO customer service! "Sales Rep" told me to sell it online and I will make money - that's their return policy, FYI.

        Warm coat

        Seems like a great jacket. I have not had an opportunity to wear it when it is really cold.
        I’m 5’5, 140lbs purchased a small. I find there is a lot of room in the bust area. I think the X small would have been too small. Opportunity to layer up in those cold days.

        Perfect for coldest days

        I purchased the pano jacket because of its insulation, and long length to cover my backside when riding the lifts. I’m 5’5”, 137lbs, and get cold quickly skiing or watching my kid race alpine. The pano is awesome, i bought a small and there is ample room for layers. As others mentioned, the unisex shape is apparent because there is more room in the upper body, with more narrow at hips. I am an athletic build with average curves and it still fits great.
