Taking a work wear approach to the mountain, the Pro Bib is made for those long days on the hill, built with no-nonsense function. Coaches from around the world helped design and test this new bib pant, using it from Mt. Hood to Saas-Fee to Ushuaia. Integrated XRD® foam knee pads save those achy knees and joints from kneeling and impacts, but you'll barely know they are there when not using them. Comfort, warmth, and protection are the three most important elements to a successful day of work on the mountain.

Featuring SYNC’s proprietary Duramotion 200 fabric, 40 gms of Thermore Insulation, and Superfabric cuff guards has got you covered for hundreds of day on the mountain.

Additional features:

Two oversized hand warmer pockets

One chest pocket large enough to fit a cell phone or radio

Comfortable and functional pant.

This bib pant has a comfortable and athletic fit that runs true to size. The performance fabric is windproof and has good water resistance. The two way fly zipper is a welcome feature, as are the belt loops and the size-adjusting tabs at the waist. To make this a more suitable bib for coaches, I would prefer more functional cargo pockets on the legs, heavier insulation for more warmth on the coldest days, and more padding on the knees. Unlike some coach bibs, this pant is more than comfortable enough for all day athletic skiing.

Misses the mark

I actually returned my new bibs, which is a real bummer because I wanted to like them. The number one reason why I chose to return these bibs is due to the woefully insufficient padding in the knee. It’s not so much the padding thickness as it is the size/coverage area of the knee. The pad itself barely spanned half of the inner portion of my knee and left the outer area completely unprotected. The bibs are otherwise decent.
That said, it would be nice if they had at least two different inseam lengths for those of us that are somewhat vertically challenged so we don’t have to roll the leg cuffs. Three would be ideal (short, regular, tall), but that’s probably asking too much. When you have to roll the cuff because the inseam is too long, it completely eliminates the protective surface that stops edge cutting.
Anyway, that’s my review. Decent pair of bibs that need quite a bit more attention to detail.

Great So Far

Hi Molly,

I only have two days in my new bibs given the short season in New England this year.

Otherwise:

Easy purchase
Fast Delivery (Three thumbs up)
Exactly what I ordered
Decent fit (I would tweak a few things)
Priced correctly

Hi Andrew!

Thanks for your review! As a growing company we appreciate any feedback and we are sorry to hear that the fit is not perfect for you. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to write this review and hopefully you get a longer ski season out east this year!
