Warm and comfortable for the Northeast

Just got a chance to test this beauty out in very cold New England wind today. It was warm on the lift and allowed freedom of movement.

I am 5’4 and about 135lbs and got a Medium due to large chest (DD) and it fits great. I could have sized down to a Small, but I like to have room to stuff the internal pockets.

Sync customer service was very helpful too!

Women’s Shelter Insulated Ski Parka

This Parka is great. I wasn’t sure about the fit. Kim was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions. I am 5”5” and 107 lbs. size small is a great fit.

Do not buy if you wanna stay dry

Do NOT buy if you wanna stay dry. This coat may be warm but it lacks any ability to keep you dry. Wore it in the rain for ski team practice and it got drenched. My long underwear were even wet. There is an ineffective DWR and nothing else. Not sure what Sync was “thyncing”

Love the jacket. I haven't worn it yet, no snow, but I am sure it will be perfect.

Favorite Ski Jacket

The Shelter Parka is my absolute favorite ski jacket! It's a perfect fit for both comfort and warmth and looks great both on and off the mountain. The fur zips off, making it easy to wash. The pockets are super handy and the zippers are sleek and work well!
