Combining coverage from the hip down to the calf with a break at the bend in the knee for increased mobility, this base layer maintains freedom of movement while protecting from sharp ski edges. This is to correct my previous review of a 1 star review. User error ... should have been 5 start to begin with.
Absolutely no issues with this product. It is warm, fits extremely well, it is a quality product.
My son loves wearing them, gives him piece of mind that he will not land in the emergency room like his team mate to have his leg repaired after an unfortunate accident with his ski edge.
Safety and protection is number one in a sport that is high risk to start with. Buy the insurance ...

I received the cut resident base layer quickly and it fit matched the online guide. They are perfect mix of thin and flexible material with a heavy duty level of protection. After taking a fall this skiing season and getting 16 stitches this pants are the first thing I bought!

Good Fit protection

I like the fit and that I can get it over my base layer comfortably. It covers the knees which is important as I have rehabbed several racers from knee lacerations. The price was high even with a steep discount on this item, but what's your safety worth?
